The Mission Leadership Team believes we are all called to be disciples and reach the four corners of the world in Jesus’ name.  Therefore, we create mission experiences for people of all ages to go to various global locations that will impact and reach the world in the name of Jesus Christ.  Our desire is to follow “The Great Commission” (Matthew 28:16-20). In 2015, Northwoods sent a small team to Poland to work with Holocaust Survivors in order for them to seek healing in a place that had previously brought so much wounding and pain to them and their families.  As a mission team, our lives were forever changed. In 2025 we are preparing to serve again in Poland, along with a like-minded Polish church, to fulfill God’s desire that we Bless Israel and the Jewish people.  In this experience you will have many hours to observe, listen, talk, and pray for some of those who have so greatly affected by the Holocaust, and show them God’s love through your acts of care and kindness.
